TREK GROUP

The TREK Group is a new and exciting recreation and leisure group which allows individuals with all skill sets to enjoy various activities throughout Thunder Bay and surrounding area.  No experience is needed for these activities and new ideas are always welcome.

BRAINWISE SUPPORT GROUP

Brainwise is a pair of monthly support groups, one for individuals living with the effects of a brain injury who are currently BISNO clients and another one open to the supporters, spouses, partners, adult children, siblings and any other interested family members or caregivers of both BISNO clients and those who are on BISNO's waiting list.

HEALTHY LIFE STYLES GROUP

The Healthy Life Styles Group (HLSG) is a group for persons diagnosed with a brain injury who have identified that struggles with addiction have created a barrier to achieving their goals of rehabilitation.  Meeting once a week,  facilitated by members of the BISNO staff and leadership team, the group provides opportunity for continuous learning and personal development, in an environment free of judgement or criticism. The recovery goals of all members, whether that be sobriety or harm reduction, are recognized and respected.
